Origin and properties: This almond oil is obtained from the ripe, shell-free seeds of the almond tree by purely mechanical pressing and subsequent refining. The oil is clear, light yellow, thin and has a mild flavor. The main areas of cultivation are the USA and southern Europe (mainly Spain).
Uses: This soothing, calming skin oil has been used since ancient times. It is used equally in cosmetic and pharmaceutical preparations.
